The 11th Annual Women In Sustainability Leadership Awards has passed, and we have a new set of winners!

The Women in Sustainability Leadership Awards (WSLA) celebrate accomplished women who are driving sustainability initiatives and creating lasting change in their organizations and communities. These awards honor leaders who have demonstrated courage, innovation, and a commitment to mentoring future female leaders.

Diversity & Inclusion: *WSLA welcomes a diversity of women to unite as a strong collective of unique lived experiences and perspectives committed to sustainability and impactful environmental stewardship. WSLA is a strong proponent, advocate, and practitioner of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice and as such is an organization open to all women. Our definition of women is expansive and includes those who may identify as non-binary, genderqueer, gender-expansive, two-spirit, and otherwise do not exist within a gender binary.

The next WSLA awards ceremony will take place in early 2026. Stay tuned for application details coming soon!

Winners will become a member of the WSLA Alumnae Group: a dynamic network of past WSLA Awards winners with over 125 of the most influential women leaders creating a more sustainable world. The network assists with growing awareness, promoting advancement, and supporting the development of the next generation of female leaders.

This is your opportunity to be recognized among a powerful community of women redefining leadership in sustainability. Join us in celebrating those leading the charge toward a more sustainable future.
